Most IMS Buildings can be installed in less than one day.

Most IMS Buildings can be finished and commissioned within one to two weeks.

IMS Buildings arrive completely “fitted-out”. This means that everything, including drywall, floor coverings, drop ceilings, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, windows and doors are installed in our manufacturing facility in Dongguan, China. Upon arrival at our customer’s building location, the IMS Frames are installed on the foundation, bolted together and finish work to both the interior and exterior of the “mate-lines” are completed. Then, utilities are “hooked-up” and final inspections signed off. Done.

IMS Buildings can be disassembled, relocated, reconfigured (if necessary) and reassembled to address the flexible needs of our customers.

IMS Buildings are easy to move. They offer all the benefits of a permanent building and a temporary building without the drawbacks of either. One building can become two buildings. Office buildings can become classrooms. Classrooms can become medical facilities. One use can morph into another. And IMS Buildings can be relocated anywhere: 5 miles away or 5,000 miles away… it doesn’t matter.
